Park City is just a 30-minute drive from Salt Lake International Airport. As you approach Park City Mountain, the first of the two main base areas you'll reach is Canyons Village. Lift is at the very heart of Canyons Village, adjacent to the Sunrise chairlift. It's also part of an expanded master plan, steps from intriguing shops, restaurants, and après venues.

The large pool deck is spacious and sunny, oriented southwest to maximize the afternoon sun. The nature-inspired design of its swimming pool, two hot tubs, firepits, cabanas, loungers, two barbecues, and outdoor living room will turn heads and inspire envy. The pool deck adjoins the fully equipped fitness center and steam room and flows down one level into the Club Room. This comfortable social space has lounge seating, a wet bar, a multi-media entertainment wall, and a pool table. The lobby is as warm and welcoming as a second living room. Roomy gear lockers have space for four-season toys and are at ground level, right at the door to the slopes and trails.

The residences will be offered for sale this ski season through a Unit Specific Reservation Program. A mix of one, two, three, four and even five bedroom residences, prices range from $575,000 to $3.65M. Reservations are being accepted via a formal Reservation Agreement along with a $25,000 Refundable Deposit. It is anticipated that construction will begin in early summer 2017 with an estimated completion date of December 2018 (in time for the 2018/2019 ski season).
