Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know.

Where is Lift located?

Park City is just a 30-minute drive from Salt Lake International Airport. As you approach Park City Mountain, the first of the two main base areas you'll reach is Canyons Village. Lift is at the very heart of Canyons Village, adjacent to the Sunrise chairlift. It's also part of an expanded master plan, steps from intriguing shops, restaurants, and après venues.

What makes Lift unique at Park City?

With its modern design character and innovative amenities, Lift is an amazing place to come home to. Add to that its prime location—steps from a lift and at the heart of a revitalized Canyons Village master plan—and Lift emerges as the definitive residence for Canyons Village.

What are the residence sizes and interior finishes?

Lift is an intimate collection of just 61residences, ranging from spacious one to five bedroom floorplans. The contemporary mountain interiors feature natural materials and clean lines, with everything oriented toward large windows to maximize daylight and bringing the outdoors in. You can download the Lift features & amenities list at here.

Do the residences come furnished?

Yes, the residences come fully furnished and ready for move in. Professionally designed, the furnishings in each residence have been carefully curated for maximum comfort, enduring quality, and appropriate scale. Choose from a warm, rich Earth palette or the cool hues of Sky.

What amenities are available to me as an owner?

The large pool deck is spacious and sunny, oriented southwest to maximize the afternoon sun. The nature-inspired design of its swimming pool, two hot tubs, firepits, cabanas, loungers, two barbecues, and outdoor living room will turn heads and inspire envy. The pool deck adjoins the fully equipped fitness center and steam room and flows down one level into the Club Room. This comfortable social space has lounge seating, a wet bar, a multi-media entertainment wall, and a pool table. The lobby is as warm and welcoming as a second living room. Roomy gear lockers have space for four-season toys and are at ground level, right at the door to the slopes and trails.

Can I really fall out of bed onto the lift?

Pretty close. Your personal gear locker is located just steps to the Sunrise chairlift, so after breakfast you're steps to the lift and the beginning of your ski day.

Who is the developer?

Lift is being developed by the world-renowned team that played a key role in the creation of resort villages at Whistler, Mammoth, and Copper Mountain. Acting in the master developer role for Canyons Village and leading the revitalized village master plan, Replay Destinations selected this first development site at Canyons Village, over numerous other sites, based on the strategic location adjacent to a future upgraded chairlift and within a new retail neighborhood. Replay also has extensive expertise in building and designing mountain homes of stunning beauty and superior quality, for unparalleled resort living.

Who operates Park City Mountain?

Park City Mountain is operated by Vail Resorts. In the summer of 2015, Vail Resorts and Park City completed one of the largest resort improvement project in the history of American skiing – boasting more than 7,300 acres of terrain, the brand new eight-passenger Quicksilver gondola, new restaurants, upgraded lifts, and more.
